Product Development
At Giltbyte we believe that we know the needs of the NHS as we have experienced staff in tune with the demands on the modern NHS organisation. However we continuously learn and adapt; to build a product that you need; not sell you a product that we have. We are constantly tuning and refining the software to ensure that the products are intuitive (which benefits both the NHS and us) as we spend less time supporting you and more time developing the feature rich applications we offer.
All of our products have been developed in collaboration with a client within the NHS. We believe that without a customer that is willing to invest their time, it is probably not worth investing ours. We are always looking for new application ideas and for solutions to problems that your organisation is facing. We have a healthy product request list and regularly release software updates for the modules; the updates are included in your annual license.
