Financial Reports
The history behind this module started when trusted moved to ESR. Financial Management could no longer access the Nominal Roll so we plugged this hole. Over time we have added a number of additional reports which give visibility back to the organisation. Before you ask, yes all reports are in native excel format (not CSV which require converting)..
Features
Using data uploaded by the ESR General Ledger feed the following reports are supported by the system:
- Assignment Change
- Elements
- Enhanced/Overtime
- Nominal Roll (Department and Individual)
- Starters/Leavers
Report Detail

Assignment Changes
Compare Employees details between a month range to identify position, grade, payscale, hours, location, organisation or title changes.
Elements
Allows analysis of specific pay elements (element defined as all pay elements passed to the general ledger e.g. enhanced / on call). Click here to Download Sample.
Enhanced/Overtime
Enhancements for a range of Financial Periods broken down by cost centre and sub account. The report details Hours worked, Hours Paid, Amount paid or Total cost. Click here to Download Sample.
Nominal Roll
Departmental and Individual total manpower costs including pension contributions and sum of Enhancements and Overtime. Click here to Download Sample.
