ESR Interface
Perhaps the most powerful function of Easy is that you can use it to drive data entry to ESR. This reduces the need for dual keying by the payroll department and ensures that the Easy database is in synch with the national system; whilst allowing powerful reporting capabilites on your local organisations data.
Synchronise
Easy utilises McKessen's ESR interface product to automatically transfer data between Easy and ESR. The synchronise module whilst not requiring any user input can be monitored or forced to re-synchronise. Synchronise is only available when the Trust has purchased the ESR interface facility from McKessen.
Import
As a alternative to Synchronise Easy can import files produced by ESR and ESR discoverer reports. File types supported include:
- Staff Details File
- General Ledger File
- Payslip File
- Expenses Upload File
- Expense Claims History File
WebADI
Easy can also export data in a format compatible with the ESR Web ADI utility.
