Easy Self Service
Overview
Easy self service is a suite of screens and processes that enable onboarding of staff to the Easy system and data entry/enquiry to modules such as Expenses, Payslip and Attendance. For forms relating to a specific component (i.e. Time and Attendance) please see pages on relevant Easy Modules. This section covers account set up and password reminders; which is key to supporting a large number of users in disparate locations accessing a central system. We have invested a lot of time in this area to make Easy both secure and simple to access.

Workflow
The following diagram shows a typical Organisations workflow for user creation. We all know the difficulty in remembering a multitude of passwords, waiting for "IT" to reset your password and a considerable investment has been made in reducing these headache's to a minimum whilst maintaining a secure system.
