James

Head of Product Development & Customer Support

James came to Giltbyte in 2011 as a developer after working for a high-profile electronics company as a product specialist. He plays a central role in developing new software and adding value to existing products. More recently he has taken on prime responsibility for Giltbyte’s customer support team. James is a self-confessed online gaming addict and he’s also partial to getting lost in comic books and watching movies. Given the choice, he’d come to work dressed as Batman.

Stewart

Technical Director

Stewart joined Giltbyte in 1998 after graduating from Aston University, and rose through the ranks to become Technical Director in 2010. When he’s not configuring servers, cutting code, and digging through databases, Stewart enjoys science fiction and video games — definitely geek to the core! You used to find him on the golf course or in a beer garden on sunny days, but these days he’s more likely to be in the local park pushing his son on the swings.

Graham

Managing Director

Graham knows the NHS from the inside out and spent many years managing payrolls and sourcing workforce information before joining Giltbyte in 1995 as a project manager. He was soon appointed a director with responsibility for product design and support and as MD stays in close touch with his customers, frequently doing a stint on the help desk. Away from the office, Graham loves to relax with a good murder mystery or by donning his walking boots. You’ll often find him exploring the Swiss Alps on foot — in winter as well as summer!.
